Welcome to i-Chatme. By creating an account, you agree to these Community Guidelines, our Terms of Service, Privacy Policy, and all applicable laws. Failure to comply may result in warnings, suspension, or permanent account termination.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction), provide accurate registration information, and be legally permitted to use our services.
2. Respect Creators
Treat creators respectfully. Harassment, bullying, intimidation, discrimination, stalking, or coercion is strictly prohibited. Respect a creator's boundaries and decisions.
3. Illegal Requests
Do not request or encourage content involving minors, non-consensual acts, exploitation, violence, human trafficking, incest, bestiality, revenge pornography, hidden cameras, or any other illegal activity.
4. Messaging Rules
Do not spam, threaten, impersonate others, send malware, phishing links, advertisements, or automated messages. Keep all communication respectful.
5. Payments
Purchases of subscriptions, tips, coins, and pay-per-view content are generally final unless otherwise required by law. Fraudulent payments or chargeback abuse may result in account termination.
6. No Redistribution
Creator content is for your personal viewing only. You may not copy, record, screenshot for distribution, repost, sell, or commercially exploit any content without permission.
7. Privacy
Do not share personal information belonging to yourself or others, including addresses, phone numbers, email addresses, government IDs, financial information, or GPS locations.
8. AI-Generated & Synthetic Media
i-Chatme supports responsible innovation and recognizes that creators may use artificial intelligence (AI) tools to enhance or create content. AI-generated, AI-assisted, or digitally modified images, videos, audio, and other media may be permitted provided that:
• The content is clearly disclosed as AI-generated, AI-assisted, digitally altered, or synthetic before or at the time it is published.
• The content complies with all Platform policies and applicable laws.
• The creator has the necessary rights and permissions to publish the content.
• The content does not infringe another person's intellectual property, privacy, or publicity rights.
• The content is not deceptive regarding the identity of a real person.
The following remain strictly prohibited:
• AI-generated or manipulated content depicting minors in any sexual or exploitative context.
• Deepfakes or synthetic media portraying identifiable individuals without authorization where such use violates applicable law or infringes their rights.
• AI-generated content used for fraud, impersonation, identity theft, scams, or harassment.
• Synthetic media intended to deceive users about creator identity, transactions, or other material facts.
• Any AI-generated content that otherwise violates these Community Guidelines.
The Platform may require AI labels, additional disclosures, or removal of synthetic media that violates these Guidelines or applicable law.
9. Fraud & Scams
Identity theft, account sales, fake giveaways, romance scams, phishing, payment fraud, and other deceptive practices are prohibited.
10. Off-Platform Transactions
Do not pressure creators to accept off-platform payments or deliver content outside the platform to bypass platform systems.
11. Reporting
Report harassment, illegal content, fake accounts, copyright infringement, fraud, or safety concerns using the platform's reporting tools. False reports may also result in penalties.
12. Intellectual Property
All creator content remains the intellectual property of its owner. Viewing content does not transfer ownership or commercial rights.
13. Account Security
Keep your password secure and do not share your account. You are responsible for activity conducted through your account.
14. Enforcement
The platform may remove content, restrict features, suspend accounts, permanently ban users, freeze transactions during investigations, or report illegal activity to authorities where required.
15. Appeals
If you believe an action was taken in error, you may submit an appeal through our support process. Appeals are reviewed individually.
16. Updates
These Guidelines may change from time to time. Continued use of the platform constitutes acceptance of any updated version.
User Acknowledgement
- I am at least 18 years old or the legal age of majority in my jurisdiction.
- I have read and understood these Community Guidelines.
- I agree to respect creators, other users, and platform staff.
- I will not upload, request, or distribute illegal or prohibited content.
- I understand that violations may result in suspension or permanent termination of my account.
- I agree to comply with the Platform's Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
