Terms of Service

I-chatME is an 18+ platform where fans connect with and support creators. You must be at least 18 (or the age of majority where you live) to use it.

Your account. Keep your login secure and don't share or sell your account. You're responsible for activity under it.
Acceptable use. Follow our Community Guidelines. Prohibited content and conduct — anything involving minors, non-consent, or other illegal activity — will be removed and reported.
Coins & payments. Coins are a prepaid balance used to unlock content, tip, and message. Purchases, tips, and unlocks are generally final except where the law requires a refund. Creators keep 85% of what they earn; the platform keeps 15%.
Creator content. Content belongs to the creator who made it. Viewing or unlocking it does not give you the right to copy, record, repost, or resell it.
Enforcement. We may remove content, limit features, hold payouts during investigations, or suspend and terminate accounts that break these terms or the guidelines.
Changes. We may update these terms; continued use means you accept the current version.

We collect only what we need to run the service and keep it safe.

What we collect. Your email and login, your display name and profile details, coin and payment activity, messages and content you upload, and basic technical logs.
How we use it. To provide the service, process top-ups and payouts, keep the platform safe, verify age where required, and comply with the law.
Storage. Data is stored with our infrastructure providers (including Supabase). Private media — messages, locked posts, payment proofs, and ID-verification selfies — lives in private storage and is served only through short-lived signed links. ID-verification selfies are deleted once a creator application is decided.
Sharing. We do not sell your personal information. We share it only with the providers that run the service, or when required by law.
Your choices. You can update your profile, change your password, and request account deletion through support.
